Southern Africa Chapter of the Committee to Support the ITNJ
The Unified Common Law Grand Jury of Southern Africa
aka Unified Grand Jury ZA, hereinafter UZA, towards:
“A government of all the people, by all the people, for all the people.” ~ T. Parker
Vision Statement of the Southern Africa Chapter
We believe that in order to right the wrongs of economic and judicial colonial apartheid and for all people to be held equal before the ‘law of nations’ at natural law, be it living common law, customary law, natural law, or oral tradition; Every community has the unalienable right to establish and participate in its own decision-making process at natural living jurisdiction which is superior in all cases to enacted laws.
Mission of the Southern Africa Chapter
We assist and give guidance to people and communities wishing to establish and participate in People’s Courts, People’s Oversight Committees, People’s forums or tribunals by their own custom or free-will choice.
We assist disputing parties with alternative dispute remedies.
The values that the People’s Courts hold are what is common to the people / community / tribe seeking remedy and therefore reflect the unique and pivotal role that the people’s courts play in the cultural, social and economic life of every community and the nation.
Chapter Profile
The judiciary, as a separate and independent branch of government, SHOULD BE providing fair and accessible justice services that protect the rights of people, preserve community welfare and inspire real public confidence. INSTEAD, THERE CURRENTLY IS NO CONFIDENCE IN THE SYSTEM!
We currently do not have a lawful Republic, a common wealth of all people, equally which is based on the will of the people; only a living re-public form of government based on the will of the people with a lawful bill of rights at centre stage as the supreme law, can create a win-win for all people. Within this framework communities can exercise their right to self-governance and self-determination.
Court of Record
To this end, on the 10th Day of November 2013, this court of record was decreed into session before 8 witnesses at Noordhoek, Cape Peninsula on the land of Southern Africa and formally recorded as common law grand jury of southern africa aka unified grand jury za aka uza, where the law of the case is living law: common law (as opposed to civil enacted common law), customary law, natural law, oral law tradition as the affected people so choose by their own free will and as the law of place (lex loci) guides.
“We, the People” v. RSA (INC.)
A provisional criminal complaint has been filed with the ITNJ, and UZA has the honour of bringing the first case before the ITNJ:

Pressing issues to be addressed for Southern Africa
Comment by jan: mainly banking and finance fraud, i.e. mortgages, vehicle finance, credit cards, and the courts complicity, due to history and crown dependency, via the BAR associations, the capitalization, monetization and corporatization of all aspects in our society; land issues, i.e., de-facto public offices owning private land, unlawful evictions, land repatriations for not only first people; the rights of free people, entrusting them with more responsibility again, the way of sovereignty and self-governance.
Long Term
We had weekly meetings for 2 years, which came to end due to lack of funding and escalating cost on the other side, people are generally interested but still trapped in the matrix; freeing time, resources, energy and money in these times is the main obstacle; we need people who can go through other people’s court files and affidavits, as well as contacting and mobilizing other groups who are all facing the same situation; we have a great mix of trained and clued up folks, in law & statutes, mediation, peace committees, new ways of exchange, banking and finance geeks, public & private gurus, facilitators, psychologists, doctors and ambassadors for common law societies; we need communications people, behind screens capturing emails and sending them, as well as on the road, outside & inside the courts.
Immediate Needs for Volunteers
We require 3 to 5 people who can capture email data for us and admin as well as sending out invitations and emailing; we will have to build an entirely independent email network for each country.

since my early days always questioned authority, restrictions and limitations; participated in many demonstrations in europe, from militant to peaceful, had a look around the world at the age of 16, realizing something is quite not right, though never had an education in law, i have an inherent sense for justice & balance, always accommodating both sides of the story, often playing devil’s advocate (for lack of term) too, creating an objective unbiased overview.
i travelled the world for about 10 years in the 90’s, knowing i wasn’t going to spend the rest of my biological life in germany and ended up in south africa in 1999, throwing the anchor in 2005, trying to become a ‘valid member of society’, which lasted 5 years and never succeeded, when in 2010 i reconnected with my rebellious youth, now with a much more mature mind and correlating conscience, realizing how much more had gone wrong and why we as a society are at this juncture; it didn’t take long to connect old and new dots, as well as with many more like minded people, i questioned all so-called loan agreements, took on the banks, stood up in court, shared the experience with everyone interested, joined various initiatives, reclaimed sovereignty, identified the CITIZEN, recorded myself with the republic of good hope, formed the unified common law grand jury of southern africa with brother thomas in 2013, becoming part of the global lawful movement, renouncing all corporate documents, repatriated the land parcel my house is located and encourage people to rescind CITIZENSHIP and partake in the greatest adventure of modern society, to establish a sovereign micro-nation, where the ITNJ chapter for southern africa can have a place to roll-out its peaceful plan; in the meantime,
i remain the interim public prosecutor at UZA and for ITNJ in southern africa, to present the findings of our investigation at the first possible opportunity and tribunal…

Since I was baptized 5 years ago, in my own private faith, by a dear spiritual teacher and friend, the things I did, I do no more. The old reality, pseudo-image and un-natural constructs no longer serve me. You and I are One; you are me and I am you; separation is an illusion; therefore you know me in your heart….
We pay way too much attention to form which distracts us from the true journey of self: We are Spirit having a ‘hue-man’ experience, not the other way around.

Guidance: Be a Lamp of truth unto yourself; take no other.
The Art of Peace: Know thy enemy and know thyself; When strong, act weak; When weak, act strong; These 3 principles braided together cannot be defeated.
Love: Love thy neighbor as you love yourself.
Rights: Where your rights end, mine begin.

Miss T, Counsel for the People
I am Miss T, honoured and humbled to be counsel for the people. I aspire to be a trim tab. I have worked as an attorney for eight years and seen the rot at the heart of the system. I have had to learn the true law from scratch, because I woke up to the deception only a few years ago and they didn’t teach us the real stuff at university. I strive for justice, honesty, integrity and authenticity. People tell me I am not judgmental, that I have a servant heart, that I am a good listener and I seem calm. I have never been able to ‘comply’ with mainstream society. I often get depressed and feel hopeless and overwhelmed by what I see around me and because I want to be better and do more. But Bucky’s life and so many others give me hope. Before I became a lawyer, I taught remedial yoga and ayurveda.
Buckminster Fuller felt he’d wasted the first part of his life. He would often go on drinking binges, neglected his family, and hadn’t achieved much. Then when he was 32, his only daughter died. Blaming himself for not being home when the child passed away, he fell into a severe depression. The story goes that soon afterward Fuller went alone into the ocean, wading further and further from shore, contemplating suicide. In that moment of desperation the thought occurred that he hadn’t really given his life a chance. Who was he to waste a life? Was life really worth living? Fuller decided the only way to answer that question would be to turn his life into a sort of experiment. From that moment on he resolved to spend all his energy finding out what a single human life could achieve. It turned out to be quite a lot.
