India Chapter of the Committee to Support the ITNJ
Chapter Mission and Vision Statement
The primary agenda of ITNJ India (apart from establishing ITNJ Chapter in India) would be to establish ITNJ – Humanitad India Clinics across Kerala, in association with the India Institute of Arbitration and Mediation (IIAM) and the International Mediation Institute (IMI), The Hague, Netherlands, before moving pan India in stages / phases. Thereby we believe we will contribute to creating peace and harmony in a new world, where out of court settlements are encouraged.
Chapter Chair Anil Joseph also serves as Director of Training for the India Institute of Arbitration and Mediation.
Senior, interested members of Panchayats can be trained by us and IIAM together and certified as accredited mediators, duly approved by IMI to carry out facilitative mediation rather than evaluative. Community Mediation Services are described on the IIAM website.
