{"id":292,"date":"2015-03-11T13:28:50","date_gmt":"2015-03-11T13:28:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/itnjcommittee.org\/?page_id=292"},"modified":"2018-03-23T01:12:03","modified_gmt":"2018-03-23T01:12:03","slug":"corruption-in-us-courts","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/itnjcommittee.org\/why-the-itnj\/corruption-in-us-courts\/","title":{"rendered":"Corruption in US Courts"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Many courageous researchers, both witnesses to and victims of judicial injustice, extortion, and other nefarious practices, have brought forth their wisdom concerning the state of the US court system and some solutions for its reform.\u00a0 The Committee to Support the ITNJ staff of volunteers have culled a few resources to assist in your exploration of the truth about systemic corruption in the courts.<\/p>\n<h2>Resources:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Lawless America Documentary Trailer ~ Bill Windsor<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/lawlessamerica.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LawlessAmerica.com<\/a> ~ Bill Windsor&#8217;s Website<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Lawless America Movie Trailer\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/JE8ARX6eRHM?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Dr. Richard Cordero on Judicial Wrongdoing<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dr. Cordero has done exhaustive research on judicial corruption in the United States, and collected his findings on his website, <a href=\"http:\/\/judicial-discipline-reform.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Judicial Discipline Reform<\/a>.\u00a0 Dr. Cordero has also issued a report, <a href=\"http:\/\/judicial-discipline-reform.org\/OL\/DrRCordero-Honest_Jud_Advocates.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Exposing Judges\u2019 Unaccountability and Consequent Riskless Wrongdoing<\/a>, which is an extensive collection of his research, studiously footnoted, with hotlinks in the table of contents that jump to specific sections with the 669 pages.\u00a0 It covers a wide range of subjects, including statistics on judicial corruption, case studies of judicial corruption, including of Supreme Court Justice Sonya Sotomayor (who concealed the <em>DeLano<\/em> case during her confirmation hearings, a judge-run bankruptcy-fraud scheme), and detailed recommendations for reforming the system of judicial discipline, which is basically non-existent.\u00a0 From the Executive Summary on p. 4:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<div data-canvas-width=\"593.1414260869567\">Section A discusses the means, motive, and opportunity enabling federal judges to do<\/div>\n<div data-canvas-width=\"716.0414608695653\">wrong. McNamara, Kinsella, et al.
