Ingunn Sigurdsdatter interviewed at the Open Mind Conference about her foreclosure case:
The fact is that there were two evictions carried out for the same reasons. We were two families who had established Lionland and Niceland (200 km apart from eachother) and the police chose to evict us simultaneously. But if this is used as a test case, the case would then include both Niceland and Lionland, because they are identical cases.
English lecture at the Open Mind Conference:
Her kastes Ingunn ut av sitt eget hjem
SKIEN: Ingunn Sigurdsdatter ble mandag kastet ut fra sin bolig som hun anser som en egen stat.
The preceding article translated to English:
A while ago it became clear that Ingunn Sigurdsdatter would be thrown out of her house in Skippergata 13, Skien. The reason for the eviction was her refusal to pay communal fees since she doesn’t consider herself part of the Norwegian society (My remark: this is a lie).
A number of people had shown up at the address in Skippergt to protest the eviction of Sigurdsdatter. The police was also in place. “I can confirm that we are assisting the bailiff in carrying out an eviction” , the police in charge of operations at the Telemark Police District said to TA (the newspaper) shortly before 1030.
They Wish To Take Powers Back In Niceland
”What you are doing if you are entering this territory is to violate the sovereign right, and that is something you cannot do. According to the international law which is above the police law you have to establish why the local district court is a competent court. The local district court can never be a competent court as long as they are behind the greatest fraud perpetrated against the human being ever, which is the securitization of our birth certificates (as long as they are representing the goverrnment). We, the people, have been converted into a value that can be traded, and this is also why you see that everything is for sale in our country” Sigurdsdatter said before she was taken away by the police.
“What you see today has nothing to do with the banks. The issue is that the Norwegian state wishes to impose its jurisdiction upon us, living in Niceland, and they cannot do it. So what you can do is to apply brute force, but then you are no better than the mafia because this is how the mafia operates!”, Sigurdsdatter said on the megaphone to the police and the assembled crowd.
Ingunn Sigurdsdatter was arrested by the police and taken to Grenland police station. After the arrest a group of her supporters turned up at the police station to sing gospels (was a fun day).
What has happened
I declared my sovereignty two years ago. This was spirits response to massive economic and other state persecution for being a whistleblower since 2009.
Then our property was declared a sovereign estate and we stopped paying the banks, after carrying out an ordinary commercial process where the banks could not supply essential information to back their claim, and could not prove their claim to the title to the property. We understood that:
a) We would lose the house, but that someone has to go down this road.
b) It would become essential to document the process according to all rules in the book, and so we have
c) And we understood that the foreclosure of our home could never be lawful.
After a long process the state came to foreclose on the house on the 20th October 2014. On the next day, we opened up the house again and constituted a common law court among peers, and passed a verdict declaring the foreclosure to be illegal. We did this as a joke, on the surface, but which however responded to our lawful right to constitute a peoples jury.
On the day of the foreclosure the police mobilized aprox 25-30 police officers; some of them from the military, as well as a school class from the police academy. Here are some videos as well as newspaper articles, all in Norwegian:

Subject: Irrevocable trusts to save foreclosed houses
Dear wonderful people 🙂
What I am trying to do is to find potent remedies to arm the people with tools, so that the oligarchs cannot sweep up all real estate in Europe, so I have done the following, -and then there is a question for you at the end:I had prepared all the documentation, all notices, carried out all commercial processes etc. in advance and made sure that all involved parties were well aware of their participation in an act of fraud based on two facts:
- The government is illegitimate, and it is guilty of slavery through the capitalization on our energy via the birth certificate fraud. I long ago severed all ties to the state and declared myself a sovereign and a living woman (so I turned in all legal documentation, passport, etc.)
- The bank never granted a loan. On the contrary, the bank issued not only one, but two promissory notes charging the birth certificate fund without our consent or knowing,- which was the issued as a “loan”.
So, I filed charges against the living woman posing as the Norwegian PM, Erna Solberg, with the police, with all due documentation and evidence included.
Warmest greetings, Ingunn Sigurdsdatter <3

The big question here is whether or not another living man or woman is now living in the house, and whether they bought the house with knowledge of any defect in title? If there is, and they were not, then your only real remedy is damages (under any law form).
If there is not (or there is and they did know of a defect) then you may indeed be able to pull things back, however I’m not entirely sure whether the path you’re following is correct or not…
In my view the most impactful course of action is always against a living man or woman – in this case (assuming you notified the new owner ahead of their purchase yet they proceeded anyway) the man or woman who bought your house with knowledge of the defect, thereby knowingly causing you harm/loss/damage… one successful case of this nature would set a precedent which would destroy the banks ability to foreclose on peoples homes because no one would be willing to ever buy a foreclosed home again!
That’s how I would do it anyway
Hope that helps, love

So sorry to hear that you are currently not in your home. This is so similar to what Wes and Jenny experienced in North Carolina. No matter what documentation they put in to dispute the courts, or the Clerks, since it was a non-judicial foreclosure, the courts and the clerks just rolled right over all their paperwork.
It is as if they are all drawing from the same playbook to not allow any wins from the people. Although some of the Clerks have taken it upon themselves to stop the foreclosures in some Florida counties because the clerks could see the fraud and were willing to stop all action until the lawyers bringing the charges could prove they had any standing at all. Education remains the big key.
It sounds like you have done your duty to document and call attention to the fraud and have a first-rate case to be brought before the ITNJ. That is the type of documentation we have been establishing as precedent. The other thing we want to do before we bring the first case is to have the financial investigation so well-documented that we can prove the financial hocus-pocus. To that end, we intend to raise the funds to hire the ex-FBI expert to tackle that. Key research done by Ken Dost figures into that mix, too.
We will keep you in the loop – I do not currently have any trust experts on-staff that I could call on to answer those questions. Hope that info is forthcoming from other sources….
Ingunn Sigurdsdatter’s Story In Her Own Words
My wake-up call was in 2009, when I translated Jane Burgermeisters charges against the WHO, Baxter etc for vaccine fraud, and I had an immense aha-moment of awakening. Over time I have come to understand how all wealth is being transferred at an increasing rate from the grassroots and into the hands of oligarchical forces. The banks are used as an instrument to harvest our life energy, aided by privately own legislation/law and by “governments” and “nations states” which are nothing but the format that best suits our continued enslavement. In the case of Europe, we now see how Europe is being plunged into a state where the banks can sweep up all properties, and people are thrown into increasing misery.
If we wish to see happiness restored for our children, our brothers and sisters around the globe, for animals, for plants and for the earth, we need to address the root causes of the evil we see around us, and we need to understand the fundamental mechanics of our enslavement.
Last year I turned 50, and in my case I asked myself whether I was willing to stop paying the mortgage on the house, knowing that all loans are based on fraud. Even if I knew that we would lose the house, and most likely be ridiculed by media and people. My answer to myself was yes, knowing that there was a chance that such an action would open up a field of investigation and open up a new consciousness among people – which could ultimately help us all. I also knew that I would have to document such a case meticulously in order to prove that such a sale would always be unlawful.
We did of course lose the house in a gigantic police action that sent shock waves through our friends, family and through the many who still consider Norway to be the “best country in the world”. The next step was to leave all the documentation on the Internet, for everyone to use in order to understand the fraud that runs our lives.
Charges against the woman posing as Norwegian Prime Minister, Erna Solberg, were filed with the “police”.
